The company guarantees to repair (within a reasonable time) or replace a faulty product/part during the warranty period. The warranty period varies based on the product categories.

WARRANTY BECOMES VOID IF AN ITEM/PART IS NOT RETURNED:

  • In the original packaging
  • Missing parts/accessories
  • Liquid damages
  • Item was lost/stolen
  • An incorrect device was returned
  • Self
  • inflicted damages (e.g., the item fell, etc.)
  • Has scratches, dents, or any unoriginal markings on the item/part

  • 2. To avoid scratches on the screen, don’t remove screen films on both sides before installation.
  • 3. Do not pull or stretch cables. If cables are sealed improperly, this may cause stripes/white/black/blurred screen.
