Smarte Devices has a 7 day return policy. If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered in, and it should include all items that were in the original packaging. 

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any part, or is damaged during the return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly Smarte Devices will not issue a refund for the item.
